The System map tab is generated live from the page-spec registry (page-specs.js) — nodes, edges, dead-ends and the decision → reason map behind each page are read from what each page actually declares, so it can't drift. The Operations and Roadmap tabs are still hand-authored snapshots (last reviewed 2026-08-06) and can drift as things ship. Fuller honest read: the Improvement Blueprint + Wiring map.
Operations — the whole business on one map
How URTH runs day-to-day. Green = live now · amber dashed = planned (your to-do list). The goal: you and the crew operate from one screen — the Brain — and never open the other tools.

Leads arrive with open jobs; the Job Picker scores which to take (date · route · profit); taken jobs become calendar stops, get routed, and everything — the schedule, the record, the money, the crew — is visible on one screen (the Brain). Zapier is the wiring; the only manual step is hand-adding the two walled marketplaces (LawnStarter / Lawn Love).

One node per page, grouped. Edges are computed: a page that writes a table plus another that reads it makes a wire. Dead-ends (something written that nothing reads) are flagged. Every node also carries its Decision → Reason map — tap it to read what was decided on that page and why, in plain words.
