Library: add an FFL-zone → USDA mapping so hardiness can become a hard gate. Today
hardiness_zones is mixed-format (USDA strings like "9a-11" and FFL integer codes like [16,17,20]), so zone is used as a soft signal only — it never wrongly excludes a good Miami plant, but it also can't yet reject a truly wrong-zone one.Library: review
designer_styles / layer tags for wetland/edge species tagged into upland design layers (e.g. a mangrove landing in a Feature slot on thin pools).Client designer: enforce the ≤3-colour rule — it's advertised but not enforced, and it's the single biggest option-space reducer.
