Landscape that never holds up your certificate of occupancy
For general contractors and builders in South Florida: measured sites, exact installation to the plans, a clean closeout.
Why it matters to a builder
Landscape is late on site, and it is on the critical path
Measured, then built in 3D
We see the finished site before we arrive
- The lot measured from the sky and on site
- Sun and shade by the hour for every bed
- Installed exactly to the landscape architect's plans
- Submittals up front; substitutions only in writing
Coordination and closeout
On your schedule, and a clean handover
- Grades and sleeves checked early
- Irrigation connection and backflow timed with the plumber
- The planting sequence fitted to your schedule
- A daily report on every site day
- Punch list closed fast
- As-built irrigation, controller sheet, plant list, warranty
- Establishment care until turnover, if you want it
- Handover to maintenance for the new owner
An honest start
What we do, what we subcontract, and where we are
Planting, sod, beds, drainage fixes, tree care coordination, establishment and maintenance.
Irrigation, lighting, paving and driveways, pools and fences, named in every bid.
A new company. Software and data real; crews hired for the first contracts; licences being studied.
What we ask
A place on your bid list, and one project to prove it
For your projects
Invite us to bid landscape on your houses nearing completion. We come with a prequalification packet: insurance certificates, tax form, licences as they are issued, references, and unit prices for change orders.
A licensed partner
We are also looking for a partner who holds a general contractor licence. Together we could reach project work neither of us bids on alone.
